Dear LTR gals-
We usually have our little Eddie days on Sunday… but this week I thought I’d “send a postcard” and say I’m sorry for not being around more but “THE MAN” is demanding that I be in Chicago for a few days for some work thing or whatever. I’ll have you know though that Little Edward has been keeping me company on this trip, doing a tad bit of sight seeing, eating deep dish pizza with me till I wanted to puke… riding in cabs, the whole nine… You’ll see little Edwards Chicago trip soon enough! Have no fear though I will be back in full effect soon enough and back to LA just in time for the release party and to live it up with UC. You think I could be anywhere but in LA or with UC for the DVD release? YEA RIGHT!

Today I went to my daughter’s preschool to do her St. Pat’s party. It is really wet today so they went to play in the gym. I was running all over with the kids. We were “playing” soccer, kickball, and basketball.
I bought a new pair of skinny jeans this week. You know how jeans are now right? Stretchy, so that after you have sat down or bent over a couple of times they are loose.
Well, I must have sat down too much because I took off running full tilt while racing a kid. My pants fell down.

Also I just did the research and you can’t get tickets online, they’re only available at some banks that they only have in Tallahassee. I emailed them and it came back to me that it doesn’t exist… so I emailed a different address and am waiting for a response about how I could get tickets since I don’t live up there.

@Kristin – One of our patients is a manager at WalMart and she said that they’re getting in over 2,000 of the 2-Disc DVDs so, If Target runs out, WalMart will definitely have you covered!
She also said that their midnight release isn’t worth anything and I should go to Borders if I plan on going to one. lol

Speaking of needing help…I just started reading I Love LA. I like it but it is kind of weird to be reading a story involving a famous person.
When its a character created by someone else you can suspend reality, but she even mentions dates of events that he’s attended. Kind of freaky! And then she starts writing from his perspective too. IDK, I think I like the Edward fanfics that project a little Rob in there too.
Meh, maybe I don’t like that the story is some random chick getting it on with Rob and we get to know the deets. Sorta hating Grace right now.
Now you see I was like you too at first with the I Love LA story. I felt it was a bit wrong to read such a scandalously saucy story featuring RP, and that it was very bad of me as a fan to enjoy it because it was a bit demeaning to our man to put the fantasy into quite such graphic detail. And if I think about it too much I still kind of feel that way, but I’m so into the story now, can’t back away now.
But basically the Rob character in the story now doesn’t really make me think of the real Rob – it’s become it’s own Rob character, so I feel a bit better about that, and it’s just a love story, or should that say lust story. Somebody did give the writer a pretty nasty review about just this point in the last day or two, and it did make me think a bit … but I still read the update today!

@JBell: I get to see them on May 19th, so you have me beat. I haven’t been to concert in a long time, so I think its fitting to go to KOL. Sort of re-introduce me to the concert crowd. Its at an amphitheater too, so really laid back or I get to throw some elbows around to get closer to the stage.
I doubt Rob will be anywhere near AZ in May, so I don’t think I’d run into him there. Problem is that DH is going with me, he’d want to have a beer with Rob, but I don’t think he’ll let me take him home with us.

Do you know what’s funny- It’s the book (BD) that I had the hardest time with. Don’t get me wrong- I really LOVED it but somehow I still had a hard time with it.
I never use to read, NEVER, it use to take me a year to finish one book. LOL! But since I started the Twilight books I’ve gotten back into liking to read.
I started the first Twilight book right before the movie opened, I finished it in time before the film and am just now almost done with the 4th, so that is a world record for me, LOL! I’m going to be so sad to be done which is why I’m not zooming through it. I’ve never loved a story/book so much as I have this one. I wish these books kept going on and on.
